Have you ever hear of Living Lands and Water.org?  Me neither until last Sunday on CBS Sunday Morning news broadcast.  We often talk about the health of our oceans and even The Great Lakes.  Now there is a organization dedicated to cleaning up our rivers.  Chad Pregracke has taken on the task of cleaning up The Mississippi, The Ohio, The Illinois and others. 

Started in 1998, Living Lands and Water has grown to become a 4 star rated non-profit.  Chad started cleaning up the Mississippi and has turned this passion into a major project.  Many volunteers from all over the area help out.  In additonal Chad and his staff conduct eductional sessions about the rivers and the ecology affected.
