I was recently sent a YouTube Video (full video after the jump) on the Flying Manta Ray flying boat by Dave Kaufman the editor of Techlife who said: 

Check out this video, it is a cross between para-sailing and tubing.  Very cool and looks like a lot of fun.  I was expecting a real flying manta animal.  Do they do this?

As a diver I perfer the real flying mantas too.  We often see them flying through the water but rarely breaching into the air.
