One of the best dive sites in the world is Cozumel.  Easy to get to, good value and the drift diving is really cool.  There is almost no effort for the diver.  You just drift along with the current, and the dive boat follows yours bubbles until you come up.  There are also very short underwater caves for you swim through.  And then there is the night life.
