We Have Trouble Right Here in……Our Oceans

Are you concerned about the health of our marine environment?  As divers, snorkelers, swimmers or anyone who uses our oceans, we should be aware of what is happening to our oceans and the marine life in them, THEY ARE IN BIG TROUBLE!  In 1990 the organization REEF was founded.  REEF’s mission statement is “To educate, enlist and enable divers and non-divers alike to become active stewards in the conservation of coral reefs and other marine habitats”.

One of the main projects of REEF is to conduct fish surveys throughout the world’s oceans. Many divers participate in these surveys.  You can join REEF free by clicking on the link provided.  If you dive or snorkel, GET INVOLVED.
